Before proceeding it's important that you read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. These conditions are the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Lexus Premium Ticketing (operated by Showbiz International ABN 40 085 982 789) and affiliated programs (hereinafter referred to as Lexus Premium Ticketing). If you do not agree with the following Terms and Conditions of Sale then please do not proceed with your booking. Lexus Premium Ticketing is acting as an intermediary and/or agent for suppliers in selling such services or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by Lexus Premium Ticketing. When Lexus Premium Ticketing sells a ticket of admission or package, Lexus Premium Ticketing warrants it is fully authorised to sell the ticket(s) or package components.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms may vary at Lexus Premium Ticketing's discretion, and will be effective upon posting to the Web Site. You must agree to them, and any current variations to them, each time you make a purchase from us.
  • Cancellations, Exchanges or Refunds Policy
    Lexus Premium Ticketing will not cancel, exchange or refund if you change your mind, or you or your guests do not or cannot attend the performance(s) confirmed in your booking. Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

  • Confirmation E-mail
    Booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail and will include the show times, ticket specifics and other details of your order. This e-mail will be sent within 60 minutes of payment being received. You must notify Lexus Premium Ticketing immediately if there have been any mistakes with your booking, or if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail after an hour.

  • No Reselling
    No part of your ticket and/or package may be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services, either by yourself or another person. If a ticket is involved in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

  • TBA(To Be Allocated) Seating
    Tickets will be marked as "TBA" (To Be Allocated Seating) where specific seating arrangements for the event have not yet been confirmed. If you purchase "TBA" tickets online, you will receive tickets for whichever seat category you choose to purchase. For example, if you purchase Gold seating, we guarantee you will be seated in the Gold section. Specific seat locations will be finalised closer to the event and will be confirmed on your ticket(s).

  • Specific seating locations
    Although we can guarantee ticket categories, Lexus Premium Ticketing cannot guarantee specific seating locations, as seating allocations can change at the discretion of the event promoter. Therefore Lexus Premium Ticketing cannot accept liability if you feel that the venue designation or allocation was below your expectation.

  • General Admission Tickets
    Tickets will be marked as "GA" (General Admission) where they are for entry to a specific free-standing or seating zone and no particular seat will be allocated.

  • Tickets Collection & Dispatch
    When your booking is confirmed at least 31 days before the performance date, your tickets will be posted to you 10-21 days prior to the performance. Circumstances may arise that prevent us from posting the tickets to you. You will be notified if this is the case and they will be made available for collection at the event venue box office from 2 hours prior to the performance. If your booking is confirmed within 30 days of the performance, tickets will be made available for collection at the event venue box office from 2 hours prior to the performance.

  • Event Changes
    Information, cast and event dates are subject to change. Lexus Premium Ticketing is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or for changes in the programme or performers.

    In the case of an event itself being cancelled or postponed you will be refunded the amount paid for event tickets in full, less any transaction, service and handling fees. Lexus Premium Ticketing reserves the right to retain any service fees and charges incurred on procuring hotel, hospitality and transfer arrangements including but not limited to deposits paid and forfeited. Booking transaction fees are non-refundable.

    However, if an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, ticket holders will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets or packaged elements (hotel, hospitality and transfers).

  • Full Payment Amounts to Confirmation
    Upon acceptance of the booking, the booking must be paid for in full immediately. Once a booking has been paid in full it is deemed confirmed, after which tickets and packages cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

  • GST
    All prices quoted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). In event of the rate of GST being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued.

    Lexus Premium Ticketing offers a ShowSafe buyer guarantee for all ticket bookings. When you complete your purchase and receive your Lexus Premium Ticketing purchase confirmation email from us, we offer a 100% money back guarantee that:

    1. Your ticket(s) and any associated package products are 100% authentic. All Lexus Premium Ticketing tickets and packages are offered with the full approval of the event presenter and other commercial supply arrangements.


    2. You'll receive your tickets, vouchers or documents for your confirmed purchase well before the date and time of your chosen event. When your booking is confirmed at least 31 days before the performance date, your tickets will be posted to you 10-21 days prior to the performance. Circumstances may arise that prevent Lexus Premium Ticketing from posting the tickets to you. You will be notified if this is the case and they will be made available for collection at the event venue box office from 2 hours prior to the performance. If your booking is confirmed within 30 days of the performance, tickets will be made available for collection at the event venue box office from 2 hours prior to the performance.


    3. Selected seats in any single transaction will be located side-by-side unless stated otherwise.


    4. Lexus Premium Ticketing will advise of any limitations, restrictions, or special conditions relating to the event and will provide all available information about the given seating area for a given performance during the ticket booking process. 


    5. In the event that specific seat selection has not been confirmed at the time of your booking , Lexus Premium Ticketing will still guarantee that you will receive seats for whichever seat category you choose to purchase and will let you know prior to purchase by displaying TBA(To Be Allocated) in the seating allocation.  For example, if you purchase Gold seating, we guarantee you will be seated in the Gold section.  Specific seat locations will be finalised closer to the event and will be confirmed on your ticket(s). 

    6. Lexus Premium Ticketing strictly abides by the "Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia" defined by the industry regulatory association, Live Performance Australia. Lexus Premium Ticketing is a participating and active member of Live Performance Australia and is committed to the development of the Australian live performance industry.

    Lexus Premium Ticketing Pricing Policy All stated and package prices are inclusive of GST. Lexus Premium Ticketing's advertised ticket and package prices include the base supply cost of the products and all fees charged to and by Lexus Premium Ticketing to supply those tickets and packages. All prices are subject to change upon any changes in applicable taxes.

    Any amount above the face value printed on tickets reflects costs such as fees charged to us for securing premium or VIP seating and pre-sale access. These amounts vary from time to time based on market factors relating to the particular event and date(s) on offer. Lexus Premium Ticketing does its best at all times to supply our customers with quality seating allocations at a fair price.

  • Packages Product Information Disclaimer
    The packages we negotiate with third parties such as hotels and restaurants are based on current hotel guides and contractual agreements provided by those suppliers. Lexus Premium Ticketing has made all attempts to ensure the accuracy of this information, but alterations and amendments can occur at any time for which Lexus Premium Ticketing can not take responsibility. The standards of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class; however Lexus Premium Ticketing does not represent or guarantee the standard, class or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.

  • Hotel / Restaurant Cancellation Fees
    Hotel and Restaurant cancellation fees will apply and are determined on a case by case basis, subject to agreements between Lexus Premium Ticketing and the third party.

  • Hotel Check in/out
    Hotel check-in and check-out details are determined by each particular hotel and may change at their discretion. You should check with your chosen hotel to avoid inconvenience.

  • Travel Insurance
    Lexus Premium Ticketing does not offer travel insurance, although we do strongly recommend it. We cannot make such arrangements for you, should your package include travel and/or accommodation.

  • Lost Tickets
    If your allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen you must produce proof of their original purchase before we will issue a Lost Ticket Voucher. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the venue and/or ticket agent's terms and conditions. Lexus Premium Ticketing may charge an administration fee if a lost ticket voucher needs to be issued. Lexus Premium Ticketing reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission).

  • Responsibility Agent
    Lexus Premium Ticketing agrees to offer its services to the Customer as a purveyor of hotel rooms, restaurant reservations, leisure activity, ground transportation, hospitality and event ticketing to theatre, concert and sporting events. Lexus Premium Ticketing is acting as an intermediary and or agent for suppliers in selling event services or in accepting reservations or booking for event services which are not directly supplied by Lexus Premium Ticketing.

  • Independent Contractors
    Services provided in conjunction with these events are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of Lexus Premium Ticketing. Lexus Premium Ticketing therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract for any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to the Customer or Customer's travel companions.

    Lexus Premium Ticketing has/have utilised information provided by third party companies and all attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. Alterations and amendments can occur. Lexus Premium Ticketing cannot be held responsible.

  • Uncontrollable Events
    Certain things lie outside Lexus Premium Ticketing's control and many situations are unavoidable or not reasonably predictable. Except as required by law, Lexus Premium Ticketing is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, damage, additional expense, injury, delay or any other claim in relation to:
    • Changes to event information, programme, performers or performance dates, including the cancellation or rescheduling of events;
    • actions or omissions on the part of independent contractors or others outside of Lexus Premium Ticketing's control, who supply products and services in connection with tickets and ticket packages;
    • unknown or unforeseen defects in any venue, vehicle, device or material used in connection with products sold by Lexus Premium Ticketing;
    • venue/promoter policies or legal regulations including, but not limited to: dress standards, bans on cameras and recording devices, the responsible service of alcohol and safety regulations; or
    • events which are unforeseeable or not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to: war, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, acts of terrorism, accident, failure of machinery, labour disturbances and acts or omissions of telecommunications and delivery service operators beyond our reasonable control.

  • Accepts No Liability for Acts by Others outside of Direct Control
    Lexus Premium Ticketing finalises all arrangements upon the express condition that it shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any venue, or vehicle or through the acts of omission, default whether negligent or otherwise, of companies or persons engaged in connection with your booking pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control.

  • Accepts No Liability for others Acts which are Not Preventable
    We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).

    These Terms are not intended to limit your mandatory legal rights and should be read as such. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of New South Wales it will be disregarded to the extent of its invalidity and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
